K M J was established in 2002, the partners, Nick Hassall and Darren Masters, have between them over 40 years experience in the Joinery trade.

K M J design, manufacture and supply purpose made Joinery for a wide variety of projects.  Our work includes, but is not limited to Mouldings, Furniture, Kitchens, Internal Doors, Wardrobes, Bed Frames, Stairways, External Doors, Windows, Gates & Garages,  Conservatories, Roofs, Porches, Shop Fronts and Special Projects.

Our Aims
We supply purpose made Joinery for a variety of buildings from   Grade 1 Listed to new developments, through Architects, Builders, Property Developers and Private Customers.

Our Timber
We work closely with our Suppliers to ensure wherever possible our products are made with Timber from Sustainable sources. 

Our Designs
We use Computer Aided Design Packages, (C.A.D.), Programmes to work through projects with unusual shapes & sections to determine angles, timber sizes and complicated details, to ensure accuracy of the final joinery items, to align with site conditions, but used in Partnership with traditional setting out methods.

Our Finishing
External Joinery can be finished with clear preservatives ready for oils, stains or paints.  Internal Joinery can be finished with clear lacquer systems, to various sheen levels or specialist finishes are available on request.  All to meet Customer's requirements.
